We value you as our student and as our customer but all transactions in this website are final. Once transactions are received and processed, we do not give any more refunds. You get credit and have to re-schedule the class within 30 days from the day of the initial scheduled class. Re-scheduling procedures are only done by phone or text, and will follow our posted schedule. We’ll do our best to accommodate off hour re-scheduling, otherwise, we have to go with our regular posted schedule. Thank you and we hope cancellations will never happen.
